Contest Rules for the B92.1 Snow Rocket Give-Away

• Cherry Creek Radio is giving away two used snow mobiles from Pawn Plus on Saturday, December 17th, 2011 at Fabulous Freddy's, 806 North Bluff St. in St. George. 

• The snow mobiles will be given away by a drawing from those qualified in the contest.  Listeners will become qualified by entering at remote broadcasts, weekday pop-ups and on-air.  All qualifiers must be present to win during the drawing at Fabulous Freddies. A person can only qualify once and all qualifiers will get their name one time in the drawing box. Must be 18 to enter. 

• The winner of the drawing will receive the snow mobiles from Pawn Plus.  These are used snow mobiles and will be received by the winner as is.  Cherry Creek Radio and Pawn Plus will not be held responsible for any needed repairs after the winner has taken ownership.

• Winners will be responsible for all tax liability and licensing associated with winning this contest.  Winner will be required to sign an eligibility release form and give Cherry Creek Radio and its sponsors permission to use their name, photo and voice for promotional purpose with out further compensation.  By accepting prize, winner releases Cherry Creek Radio, all stations and all participating sponsors from any liability as a result of this prize. 

• Cherry Creek Radio and associated radio stations will not be responsible for mis-directed phone calls or technical problems with the telephones or telephone lines or for cell phone drop out.  Listeners will get the phone number off the radio and not from calling Cherry Creek Radio Offices. 

• Employees and family of Cherry Creek Radio and any of its subsidiaries are ineligible.  Employees of competing Broadcasting Companies are also ineligible.  Contest rules may be modified by Cherry Creek Radio at any time.  Copies of these rules are available at Cherry Creek Radio during regular business hours; or by mailing a self stamped envelope to 750 W. Ridge View Dr. St. George, Utah 84770.  Contest rules are also posted on station websites where available.
